Join Susie Melott from Yoga Is Served for a gentle yoga practice featuring a mix of held postures, breath practices and kriya yoga. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. We will meet outside on the south end of the parking lot as long as weather permits. If not, practice will be moved to the Constitution Room.
