Whole Body Wellness: Gratitude Workshop In-Person
"In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness," according to Harvard Health Publishing. "Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships." With that in mind, we'll begin with a short meditation to cultivate gratitude. Then we'll have a brief discussion followed by simple crafts to help visualize what we're thankful for. Attendees will also have a chance to win a gratitude journal that includes prompts for a regular gratitude practice.
